This tutorial will show you how to turn on dark mode (also known as night mode) on the Apple TV 4 or 4K. Dark mode changes the colors of backgrounds and menus to darker colors so it doesn’t blind you at night.

Activate Dark Mode on Apple TV

1. Go to Settings > General > Appearance > and set to Dark (or Automatic if you want it to automatically adjust to light mode during the day and dark mode at night)
